Recall practical heuristics for scoring RICE cleanly in growth backlog conversations.
What counts as good reach in a growth experiment score? A defined number of relevant users or events in the stage you are actually trying to move during a specific time period. Do not use “everyone could see it” unless everyone truly is the acted-on audience. What makes an impact estimate credible?
