Make Documents Usable Before You Send

Run a four-part document accessibility check before sharing a work document.

A policy document looks finished but hides key meaning from people using assistive tech or nonvisual workflows. Use POUR as a practical authoring pass: perceivable, operable, understandable, robust. Visual polish can mask inaccessible structure. Headings Use actual heading styles in order. This makes navigation possible and shows document structure.
