Separate urgent electrical service calls from calls that are both urgent and economically important.
The loudest call is not automatically the best dispatch. Urgent means time pressure An urgent call has a short clock: a store cannot open, a tenant has no heat because the electrical feed is down, or a superintendent needs an answer before inspection. Urgency tells you when delay hurts. It does not tell you whether your best technician should be pulled away from booked work. Important means business consequence Important electrical work protects safety, contracted revenue, a repeat customer, a margin target, or a key dependency.
