The move: observe the step before prescribing the fix. A gemba walk asks you to go to the actual place, watch the actual work, and learn from the people closest to it. In a distillery, that could mean following a batch record from mash-in to transfer, watching the first 15 minutes of bottling startup, or standing near the CIP return until the verification step is complete.
