Premortem the Seasonal Run
Run a project premortem to identify and assign preventive controls for a high-stakes distillery run.
The move: assume the run failed, then convert the causes into controls. A premortem starts with a deliberately uncomfortable sentence: it is after the run and the result is bad. The batch missed target proof, bottling stopped, QA held the release, labels arrived wrong, the visitor event overpromised, or an equipment fault forced rework. Each person silently lists reasons the failure happened. Then the team groups the reasons, scores the most plausible and damaging ones, and assigns preventive actions.
