Fix the Missed Shot Loop
Use PDCA to turn a missed drone deliverable into a process improvement.
A required west parapet close-up is missing from the inspection folder after the team has left the site. Plan -> Do -> Check -> Act The common trap is to make the fix personal: "be more careful next time." That does not change the shot-list or review process that allowed the miss. Plan List the required shots and acceptance criteria before launch: elevation, angle, distance, and file naming rule. Quality starts before takeoff when the team knows what complete means.
