Use RATER to define what a customer is really judging at dry-cleaning intake.
Quality starts when the promise becomes specific. A dry-cleaning ticket should capture the customer outcome, not just the garment category. Reliability Reliability means the store does what it said it would do. At intake, that means naming the promise: ready by Friday 4 p.m., hem pinned at the marked length, collar ring treated but not guaranteed. A vague promise turns every normal limitation into a surprise. Assurance Assurance is the customer's confidence that your staff knows the garment, risk, and process.
