Privilege Logs Need Enough Signal
Draft privilege-log entries that support assessment without revealing protected substance.
The privilege log is where vague claims become motion practice. The log has to do two things at once: protect substance and give the other side enough information to assess the claim. If it only says "legal advice," it may protect wording but fails the assessment function. If it says too much, it risks revealing the very advice being protected.
