Before and After: Real Lockout

Compare the rushed lockout with the verified safe-work setup. Before: stopped equipment, loose tag, no visible personal lock, no voltage test. After: isolator locked, start attempt controlled, absence of voltage verified by a qualified person. Tag became lock plus tag. The tag communicates who owns the job; the lock physically prevents operation of the isolating device. Off became isolated.
