Trigger Pause Reframe Cards

Recall short prompts for trigger awareness, pausing, reappraisal, and repair.

What is a trigger signal? An observable body or behavior cue, such as tight jaw, faster speech, interruption, or urge to send a sharp reply. What is the smallest useful pause? Three seconds created by a breath, a sip, a note, or a clarifying phrase. What does name-it-to-tame-it do? It turns vague emotional heat into a precise label that reveals the need underneath. What makes a reframe valid? It still fits the facts and leads to a better next behavior. What belongs in a clean repair? Behavior, impact, standard, next behavior, and a question about missed impact if needed.
