Spot the Four MSD Risk Signals

Identify the main ergonomic risk signal in a desk or operations task.

The body often warns through patterns before it warns through pain. Four signals to scan Force means the task requires high effort, grip, lift, push, or pull. Awkward posture means the body works away from neutral. Repetition means the same tissue repeats the same motion. Duration means exposure continues without enough variation or recovery.
