Ethical Scarcity: Wire the Constraint
Distinguish ethical scarcity from pressure by making the actual constraint transparent.
Do not imply urgency. Explain the constraint. Real The limit exists outside your desire for a faster answer. Relevant The limit affects the decision the other person is making, not just your internal preference. Inspectable You can show dates, capacity, policy, sequence, or tradeoff. If you cannot explain it calmly, do not use scarcity.
