Evidence Questions You Can Use in Any Meeting
Recall practical questions that improve data-driven decisions in live meetings.
What is the decision, exactly? Name the action, owner, and deadline. Without a decision, data becomes discussion fuel. Frame “We already have enough data; let’s move.” Your line “Agreed we should move. What threshold did this evidence clear, and what risk are we accepting?” Do not reply with “we need more data” by reflex. It preserves momentum while making the decision standard explicit.
