WOOP Follow-Through

Use WOOP to turn a coaching insight into a specific follow-through plan.

The VP wants to listen better in strategy reviews, but the old behavior appears when he hears an assumption he believes is weak. WOOP turns a general intention into a behavior plan by pairing a meaningful outcome with the internal obstacle and an if-then response. Not quite: 'I will listen better' is a value statement, not a plan. It does not name the trigger, the internal urge, or the replacement behavior.
