Respond to a seniority doubt by demonstrating judgment, evidence, and decision ownership.
A sponsor or stakeholder worries that a senior room may question whether you are senior enough to carry the recommendation. I like the work, but ELT may wonder whether you have enough seniority to lead this. That concern is fair.
