Write action-oriented executive email subject lines that make the executive reader's decision clear.
The subject line is the smallest BLUF you write. It should tell a busy reader whether they need to decide, act, read, or ignore. A useful subject line has three jobs: it names the work, signals the required move, and sets the urgency. That is BLUF in miniature.
