Run a control-risk preflight on one real experiment before launch approval. Pick an experiment that touches product plus at least one adjacent team such as support, lifecycle, or sales. Preflight questions: What user-facing touches differ by design? What touches must stay identical across control and treatment? Who could request a mid-test exception, and what is the rule? Write the experiment name, the three biggest contamination risks, the owner for each safeguard, and the sentence you will use if someone asks for a mid-test exception.
