Escalate With SBAR, Not a Panic Thread
Structure an export-control escalation so the accountable reviewer can act quickly.
The fastest escalation is not the shortest message. It is the message with the decision already framed. Situation Name the live risk and the deadline. Example: shipment is staged, party screen has a potential hit, or engineering wants to share controlled technical data. Background Give only the facts that affect the decision: item, classification status, destination, parties, end-use statement, prior approvals, and business deadline.
