Recall and apply FAIR principles to catalog metadata design choices.
FAIR What does FAIR require a catalog entry to support? Not just search. Acronym recall Findable versus reusable: which gap are you fixing? Do not call a dataset reusable just because users can find it. Compare Objection: 'The table is searchable, so it is FAIR enough.' A launch review is trying to skip metadata work. Searchability is only one part of Findable and says nothing about reuse. Say Search gets users to the door.
