Make Care Visible Before Challenge
Use Radical Candor's care-plus-challenge frame to make direct feedback both kind and clear.
The teach Radical Candor is a two-axis check. Before you give feedback, ask two questions: Have I shown enough care that the person can believe I am trying to help? Have I been direct enough that the person knows what to change or repeat? Most feedback misses one side. If you only challenge, the receiver may hear attack even when your content is accurate.
