ADULT LEARNING DECISION A learner is practicing a complex client conversation and making several small mistakes while still moving forward. What feedback move should the coach use? Let the scenario run to a natural pause, then give feedback on the two criteria that matter most. Strong. It reduces extraneous load and helps the learner build a coherent schema.
