Separate clean feeling words from disguised judgments and blame-heavy statements.
Feelings are signals from your inner system, not verdicts about another person. NVC uses feelings to reconnect us to what is alive in us. That only works when the word actually describes an inner state. Many workplace conflicts derail because people use feeling language to smuggle in blame.
