Respond to the internal objection that delegation is inefficient because the manager can do it faster.
You are tempted to retake work because your own execution would be faster this cycle. I can do it faster myself. Probably true for this cycle. But my job now is to build repeatable capacity and judgment in the team. Let’s narrow the handoff, keep one checkpoint, and protect the growth rep instead of resetting ownership to me.
