Fix the Walk-In: Before and After

Recognize how correct cooler organization supports FIFO and prevents cross-contamination.

Same cooler, ten minutes of control work later. What changed and why? Before: fast, messy, and hard to prove. After: storage order supports the plan. Raw animal foods moved below ready-to-eat foods, so gravity cannot turn a leak into cross-contamination. Older safe product moved to the front.
