Use a customer journey map to identify quote-stage risks and moments of trust in a flooring sale.

The move: map the buyer's journey before you polish the quote. A flooring buyer does not experience your business as sales, estimating, operations, install, and billing. They experience it as a sequence of moments: choosing a product, letting someone measure their home, comparing quotes, preparing rooms, living through installation, and deciding whether the finished floor matches the promise.
