Trace Exceptions with SCOR
Use SCOR process language to locate the first process break behind a freight exception.
The visible miss is rarely the whole story SCOR is useful in forwarding because it keeps a visible service failure from becoming an endpoint blame game. Freight exceptions often appear in Fulfill, but the original break may sit earlier in Plan, Order, Source, or Transform.
