Make Why-Now and Proof Legible

Differentiate between proof that sharpens an investor narrative and metrics that merely decorate it.

A traction slide should answer a fear, not merely display a dashboard. Start with the risk you are trying to shrink Ask what the investor is uncertain about. Is the fear that buyers do not care, that the market is too early, or that growth is expensive? The metric only becomes persuasive when it addresses that fear directly.
