Choose development experiences that create productive stretch instead of comfort or overload.
The teach Stretch is where learning becomes expensive enough to matter and safe enough to survive. Comfort work feels efficient because it confirms skills you already own. The danger is invisible stagnation: your confidence rises while your range stays flat. Panic work can look brave from the outside, but if the ambiguity is too high and support is too low, your energy shifts from learning to self-protection.
