Four-Law Habit Design Deck

Recall the four Atomic Habits design laws and apply each to a workplace habit.

What does make it obvious ask you to design? Make the cue visible and specific at the moment the behavior should start. Example: after closing a customer ticket, the handoff template is already open. What does make it attractive change in a work habit? Connect the habit to a reward, identity, or social signal that makes starting feel worthwhile. Example: writing the decision note proves you are the lead who closes loops. What does make it easy protect against?
