Run the 90-Second Reset

Use a short pause routine before responding to aggression.

Reset before replying to a status-threatening message. Breathe -> Label -> Purpose -> Draft Common trap: using the pause to rehearse a better comeback instead of changing the goal of the reply. Breathe Take three slow exhales before editing the reply. Longer exhales help downshift arousal enough to regain choice. Label Write the private label: "I feel embarrassed and attacked."
