Reframe a broad negative verdict into conditions that can be discussed and tested.
A broad verdict becomes productive only after it is reframed into conditions. Before: the team argues whether the plan is "too risky." After: the risk is translated into specific launch conditions. The response starts with acknowledgment: customer trust is worth protecting. That lowers the need to repeat the objection.
