Name the Sting Without Obeying It

Use a naming step to separate the feeling of rejection from the next work action.

The feeling is real; the conclusion is not ready yet. Separate alarm from evidence Rejection sensitivity makes ambiguous exclusion feel urgent. A short naming sentence creates distance: "This is rejection sting, not yet rejection evidence." The sentence matters because it lets you respect the feeling without treating it as a complete interpretation.
