Create a specific hazard-spotting commitment that can be checked within two days.

Run one hazard-spotting loop: scan a specific work area, capture one hazard or near miss, and name one stronger control. Use this for a shared path, nonroutine task, equipment interaction, contractor activity, storage area, loading zone, clinical supply room, lab bench, office move, or maintenance handoff.
