Write safety documentation that shows the control loop, not just activity.
The professional standard is proof of control, not proof of paperwork. The idea ISO 45001 uses management-system logic: plan the control, implement it, check whether it works, and improve when it does not. The mechanism is traceability. Records should let someone reconstruct why the action was chosen, who did it, when it was checked, and what changed after verification.
