Confusion is not collaboration. A student-facing decision can include many offices and still need one person to drive it. Driver Moves The Clock The Driver gathers the facts, writes the decision question, names the deadline, and keeps the work from dissolving into status updates. The Driver does not need final authority, but they must have enough access to unblock contributors.
