Measure HRIS Training Transfer

Design HRIS enablement metrics that measure behavior and business results, not only completion.

From attendance to transfer HRIS training often stops at completion because completion is easy to count. The Kirkpatrick levels force a better question: did the training change the work? Level 1 checks relevance and support. Level 2 checks learning. Level 3 checks behavior in the real environment. Level 4 checks results. For HRIS administration, Level 3 is where many launches succeed or fail.
