Add or propose an IaC ownership table for one shared repo or module boundary a Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or Kubernetes configuration repo where app, platform, security, or finance responsibilities overlap I will create a lightweight IaC ownership table with rows for module contract, service variables, plan/apply approval, policy exceptions, drift response, and decommissioning. Each row will name the responsible role, accountable role, consulted roles, informed roles, and the artifact where the decision is recorded.
