The five dimensions turn a claim into a diligence map. What What outcome changes, and is it meaningful for people or the planet? Who Who experiences the outcome, and how underserved are they relative to alternatives? How Much How many are affected, how deep is the change, and how long does it last? Contribution Would this outcome likely happen anyway, or does the enterprise and investor change the counterfactual? Risk What could make the impact smaller, delayed, uneven, or harmful?
