Intentionality Needs Evidence

Impact is not a mood. It is a managed claim about change. Intent Start with the positive social or environmental outcome the investment is meant to help create. A theme like climate, health, or inclusion is not yet a thesis. Stakeholder Name who or what experiences the change. A credible claim says whether the benefit reaches low-income households, smallholder farmers, patients, workers, communities, or ecosystems. Measurement Choose evidence that can move after investment. Outputs can help, but at least one outcome metric should show whether conditions changed for the stakeholder.
