Use a three-part belonging check to strengthen everyday inclusion.
Belonging is a pattern people can trust. It is built through repeated signals, not one big announcement. Known Use names correctly, learn constraints without prying, and avoid insider shorthand that makes newcomers perform fluency. Valued Tie credit to specific contributions. Vague praise is pleasant; specific credit tells the group what kind of contribution counts. Expected Invite people into the actual work: decisions, tradeoffs, and messy drafts. Being included only after decisions are made creates presence without influence.
