Run a Covering Conversation Safely

Facilitate a covering-pressure discussion that focuses on conditions, not personal disclosure.

The organization wants to understand covering pressure after a weak belonging pulse, but the proposed question asks people to reveal what they hide. Consent, condition-focus, anonymous channel, visible action. The common trap is turning covering into a vulnerability exercise. That can reward dramatic stories, expose people who are not ready, and make the organization feel enlightened without changing the conditions that caused the pressure.
