Use a fast voice check to avoid exclusion under time pressure.
Voice is a risk-control mechanism. It helps the team see what hierarchy and urgency make easy to miss. Ask for blocking risks A broad invitation often gets silence. A focused prompt such as "What would make this unfair, unusable, or fragile?" gives dissent a job. Protect the messenger If someone raises a risk, do not make them defend their right to speak.
