EXW or FCA When the Seller Loads and Clears Export?
Choose FCA over EXW when the seller is performing export-side actions.
A U.S. buyer asks a Polish supplier for "EXW Krakow" but also expects the supplier to load the truck and handle export declarations. The supplier can do those tasks, but EXW does not describe that handoff cleanly.
