Measure the Client Experience Before It Becomes Reputation
Design a lightweight client feedback loop that turns satisfaction signals into service improvements.
The reframe: the best client feedback is early enough to change the project. Ask for a signal and a reason A score without a reason is vanity. A reason without timing is often too late. Pair a simple confidence or recommendation question with "What is the main reason for that score?" and ask it at a real service checkpoint.
