Create an IoT inventory acceptance card before the next connected-device rollout, audit, or firmware update. Use this for a badge reader, sensor gateway, smart camera, building controller, or any managed IoT fleet where missing inventory would slow an update or incident response. For each device I will capture: device ID, physical location, business owner, firmware version, credential or certificate ID, last-seen timestamp, gateway or network segment, and support or retirement status.
