Management Review Is a Control Loop
Convert management review inputs into decisions, resources, and improvement actions.
The move: treat management review as the QMS steering mechanism. A leadership review should not be a tour of charts. It should test whether the QMS remains suitable, adequate, and effective under current conditions. That means leaders need enough evidence to see patterns and enough authority in the room to change priorities, resources, or controls. Inputs are signals Customer complaints, audit findings, supplier performance, objective trends, risk changes, and previous actions are signals.
