Write a Process Turtle in Five Moves
Create a process turtle that makes a QMS process auditable and manageable.
The purchasing process has a procedure, but the owner cannot quickly show what input triggers the work, what output must conform, which controls prevent supplier risk, or which measure proves performance. Use the process approach to connect inputs, activities, outputs, criteria, resources, responsibilities, risks, and measures. The common trap is copying procedure paragraphs into a turtle diagram.
