Recall interview prompts that connect customer jobs, pains, gains, and CLV opportunities.

"The customer says they are fine, so there is nothing to learn." Ask for the job, pain, gain, and proof behind "fine": what they are trying to accomplish, what still creates friction, what would make the relationship more valuable, and what evidence they need to defend future spend. Generic satisfaction hides CLV opportunities. Structured prompts reveal retention risk, expansion fit, and customer proof needs. "Any feedback?" gets a vague answer.
