Separate AI assistance from the human decisions that require accountability in recruiting.
A model can inform a hiring decision without becoming the owner of it. NIST's AI Risk Management Framework is useful in recruiting because it frames AI systems as socio-technical: risks come not only from the model, but from how people use it, trust it, and embed it into workflows.
