Evaluate whether a target keyword can support a genuinely useful page.
A keyword is permission to investigate, not permission to publish. Ask whether your team can create something genuinely useful for the query. Useful may mean original examples, a better checklist, a calculator, clearer comparison criteria, first-hand product experience, or a simpler explanation. If the only plan is to paraphrase the top results, the keyword should be merged, delayed, or rejected. SMART criteria make usefulness operational. Specific: who is the searcher?
